Marnie Gucciard, CPA/CFF, CFE, MSA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marnie began their career at Pro Net Solutions Inc as an Office Manager from 1995 to 1999. Marnie then moved on to Millennium Piping Inc and served as an Office Manager from 1999 to 2006. In 2006, Marnie joined Greene Forensic Accounting Solutions LLP as a Consultant and steadily advanced to become a Managing Director in 2014. At Greene, they specialized in fraud investigation and litigation support, leading teams and overseeing client relations. In 2014, they transitioned to Sims Limited, where they held multiple positions. Marnie started as a Senior Manager for Internal Audit and was later promoted to Director of Internal Audit in 2017. In 2019, Marnie progressed further to become the Director of Global Ethics & Compliance, where they developed the company's ethics and compliance capabilities, established a governance structure, and built cross-functional relationships. Their role reports to the Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. Throughout their career, Marnie has demonstrated expertise in areas such as internal control, risk assessment, fraud investigation, forensic accounting, and leadership.

Marnie Gucciard holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from Loyola University Chicago, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kalamazoo College between 1987 and 1991. In addition to their education, Marnie Gucciard has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). The institutions that granted these certifications include the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants/Illinois Board of Examiners.
