Lee Ann Scott

Lee Ann Scott's work experience began in 1992 at Johnson Controls Automotive, where they held the position of Human Resources Coordinator until 2001. Lee Ann then transitioned to Intier Automotive as a Human Resources Coordinator until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Summit Polymers as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruitment, selection, orientation, policy interpretation, safety monitoring, and training administration. In 2009, they joined Sims Lifecycle Services as a SHEC Supervisor and later SHEC Manager until 2011. In the same year, they briefly worked at Johnson Controls, Inc. as a Human Resource Manager. Since 2009, Lee Ann Scott has been working at Sims Limited, initially as Global EHS Director and currently as the EHS Director, Global Risk, and Compliance. Lee Ann also held various roles at Sims Lifecycle Services, including Global SHECS Director and SHEC Manager.

Lee Ann Scott attended Columbia Southern University from 2020 to 2024, focusing on Occupational Health and Safety. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they attended Columbia State Community College, where they took various courses in Psychology and Business. In addition, they obtained the Fall 2022 Dean's List certification from Badgr (now part of Instructure).
