Randy Beverly Jr's work experience includes various roles in the sports and gaming industry. In 1996, they served as the lead game designer and sports producer for Electronic Arts and High Score Productions, where they led the development of the John Madden NFL Football franchise and received recognition for advancements in artificial intelligence. Randy later transitioned to Fox Sports as a producer, helping create software products using the network's broadcast assets. In 2001, Randy worked as an analyst and designer for the NFL's Cleveland Browns, where they designed a virtual reality training device for quarterbacks. From 2002 to 2006, they held roles as a producer and designer for companies like Activision, Hasbro, and Disney/ESPN. In 2006, Randy co-founded Beast Studios and worked as a developer and executive producer, collaborating with software developers and publishers across Europe and North America. Randy also has experience coaching football teams, including the Rams Milano American Football team in Italy and the Kristiansand Gladiators in Norway. Most recently, Randy joined SimWin Sports as a designer specializing in behavioral intelligence and design.

Randy Beverly Jr completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Statistics from UCLA, from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications from the Foreign Service Institute in January 2021. These certifications include Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Awareness Training for Cleared Americans, Cybersecurity Awareness, Records Management, and Training for Classifiers and Users of National Security Information.
