Dana Sargent

Transitional Asset Manager at Sinceri Senior Living

Dana Sargent has a comprehensive work experience in the senior living industry. Dana started their career as a District Manager at Renaissance Community Homes in 1994, where they oversaw the operations of multiple non-profit group homes and Independent living apartments for adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities. In this role, they worked with local case managers and families to develop service plans and goals for the individuals served.

In 2005, Dana joined Pine Castle as a Residential Director, where they held responsibility for the daily operations of the organization. Dana'sfocus was on ensuring the well-being of residents and maintaining the quality of services provided.

In 2010, Dana moved to Senior Living Communities, LLC and took on the role of Health Care Administrator/Health Care Marketer. Dana oversaw the daily operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhoods, successfully increasing their census and maintaining 100% occupancy with a waitlist for 12 months. Dana also led the achievement of deficiency-free surveys.

In 2016, Dana joined Grace Management, Inc. as a Regional Director of Operations. In this position, they continued to excel by effectively managing the operations of multiple senior living communities. Dana stayed with the company until September 2019.

Currently, Dana is serving as the Director of Operations at Sinceri Senior Living, a position they assumed in September 2019.

Dana Sargent obtained their Associate's degree in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from Jackson College, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In addition, they have a certification as a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, though the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
