Jason Harris

Jason Harris began his career with Sinceri Senior Living in October of 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, data analytics, mergers & acquisitions, and asset management. In addition to providing guided analytics to support the Company’s strategic growth objectives he is responsible for accounting, treasury, tax, asset management, and financial planning & analysis.

Prior to joining Sineri, Jason served as Senior Vice President at Meridian Senior Living with leadership roles including Director of FP&A and Head of Acquisitions & Asset Management. With over a decade of experience in senior housing, Jason has been a key contributor for senior housing transactions including divestitures, acquisitions, development, and recapitalizations totaling more than $1.2 billion dollars. During his tenure with Meridian, he was instrumental in acquiring or absorbing over 180 communities and nearly 13,000 units.

Mr. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Law from Western Carolina University with a concentration in Accounting from Lenoir-Rhyne University. He is an associate member of the NCACPA and an inactive member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
