Johnnie Wilkenschildt

Johnnie Wilkenschildt is an experienced professional in the contact center and communications industry, currently serving as the Director of Contact Center Business Development at Sinch since November 2020. Prior to this role, Johnnie held the position of Senior Director of Product Management for SAP Contact Center and Communications at SAP from January 2018 to October 2020, where focus was placed on launching SAP Contact Center 365. Johnnie's extensive experience includes nine years at Genesys in various leadership roles, including VP of Commercialization and Product Management Operations, and senior director positions that provided oversight on product management and release management. Johnnie also contributed to SAP from 1997 to 2008 as a Development Manager and Senior Developer for the SAP CRM Interaction Center, and started a career at IBM as an Advisory Systems Analyst from 1990 to 1997. Education includes a Master's degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
