Terri Michelle Roberts has held various roles in the customer service industry since 2013. Terri Michelle began their career at Hillarys as a Customer Service Representative and then moved to Crowdicity in 2016, where they served as a Customer Support Manager, building long-lasting relationships with customers. In 2019, they joined InTouch Conveyancing Software as a Customer Support Manager. In 2020, Terri Michelle Roberts joined Distinction as a Junior Project Manager and then moved to Community Brands in 2021, where they served as a Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Sine Wave Entertainment as a Technical Customer Success Manager.
