Andy Koh has held various key positions at Singapore Airlines since joining in September 2007, currently serving as Senior Manager of E-Commerce since July 2013. In this role, Andy has advanced from executing digital enhancements to leading the strategic direction of the company's website and mobile app, focusing on enhancing the customer user experience. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager Airport Services Development, where Andy coordinated the migration to the Amadeus system, and as Passenger Services Manager, managing service standards and operations at Singapore's airport. Additional experience includes serving as Station Manager in Munich and a Management Trainee at Singapore Press Holdings. Andy holds a 2nd Upper Honours degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earned in 2005.
