Huili Guo

Huili Guo has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager Talent Management at Singapore Airlines since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing workforce administration for approximately 350 employees and overseeing various HR processes such as salary administration and onboarding. Previously, Huili held the role of Senior Associate HR, contributing to the establishment of a new compensation system and coordinating manpower for major events. Prior experience at SilkAir as Senior Officer Human Resource involved managing SAP systems and end-to-end workforce administration for diverse roles.
