Jac Guo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, design, and research. Currently a Flight Attendant for Singapore Airlines since November 2018, Jac has demonstrated a strong commitment to service excellence and teamwork. In addition to airline work, Jac has been a Freelance Graphic Designer since June 2016, creating design elements for clients such as Singapore Children's Society. Previous experience includes roles as a Locum Research Assistant at both Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the National Centre for Infectious Diseases, where research and data collection were key responsibilities. Jac also contributed as a Campaign Service Ambassador for Temasek Foundation's initiatives, with earlier roles in sales and customer service across various companies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from both the Singapore Institute of Technology and The Glasgow School of Art, as well as a Diploma in Interior Design from Singapore Polytechnic.
