Piyush Gupta

Piyush Gupta is a seasoned legal professional specializing in antitrust, aviation, and drone law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Singapore Airlines since November 2021. Gupta has previously held prominent positions, including Partner at RHTLaw Asia and Head of Aviation & Competition at Ince. Extensive experience includes leadership roles at Kochhar & Company, where Gupta established and led the competition and aviation practices, as well as prior legal counsel positions at Indigo Airlines and Singapore Airlines. Gupta has also contributed to the Inter Pacific Bar Association as Vice Chair of the Aviation Law Committee.
