Karl Lai

Karl Lai is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service and consultancy. Currently serving as a Staff Officer at the Singapore Civil Defence Force since January 2015, Karl has previously held positions such as Executive in Programmes & Events Management at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and Personnel Consultant at Adecco Singapore. Additionally, Karl worked as a Customer Service Executive at the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Continental Philosophy from the University of Staffordshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Singapore University of Social Sciences. Karl also completed studies at Republic Polytechnic.
