Eng Keat LEE has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1999, they worked for the Singapore Economic Development Board, where they held various roles in industry promotion for the infocomms and media as well as logistics and transport sectors. In 2005, they joined the Singapore Tourism Board as an Assistant Director in sector planning and incentive management.

In 2007, Eng Keat LEE returned to the Singapore Economic Development Board as a Regional Director for South Asia and later took on roles as the Director of the Singapore Welcome Centre for Corporates, International Director for Asia Pacific, and the Director of Natural Resources.

In 2014, they became an Executive Director, leading the formulation of strategies for the logistics and natural resources sectors. Eng Keat also oversaw the development of supply chain expertise in Singapore and promoted the country as a logistics hub. Additionally, Eng Keat LEE played a crucial role in the development of high-tech indoor farming and aquaculture sectors in Singapore.

Eng Keat LEE's work experience at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) involved identifying and establishing overseas and local partners for companies looking to expand in Southeast Asia. Eng Keat also provided strategic marketing guidance and organized events to engage clients.

In 2022, Eng Keat LEE took on multiple roles, including Head of Strategy, Communications, and Property at Singapore Post Ltd. Eng Keat is responsible for driving organizational transformation and overseeing the P&L and operations of SingPost Centre and other properties. Eng Keat also became a Senior Advisor at Beanstalk AgTech, focusing on ecosystem development and investment advisory in the agrifood industry. Furthermore, Eng Keat LEE became a Mentor at GROW, providing guidance to aspiring professionals.

Lastly, in 2023, Eng Keat LEE joined the Board of Directors for the Singapore Agro-Food Enterprises Federation Limited (SAFEF), contributing their expertise in the agricultural and food sectors.

Eng Keat Lee received their Masters of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Before that, they attended Raffles Institution from 1990 to 1991, where they focused on science and economics. In 2012, they completed an Advanced Executive Program in Business Administration and Management from Kellogg Executive Education.
