Seok Kheng Lim is an experienced professional in IT project management and solution design, currently serving as Lead Solution Designer at Singtel since 2011. Notable accomplishments include global HR solution implementation using SuccessFactors, as well as executing multiple projects for Concur Expense & Request and Concur Travel across Singapore and Australia.
