Tham Poi Kwan

Tham Poi Kwan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Workplace Transformation and Delivery at Singtel since June 2021, Tham previously held the position of Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Aviva Singapore from April 2011 to June 2021, managing a team of over 50 staff and providing comprehensive IT services across multiple Asian markets. Prior to this, Tham worked as Senior Manager at Singapore University of Technology and Design, overseeing all IT support and services, and as Assistant Director at Prudential Assurance Company, where responsibilities included heading the IT department. Beginning a career as a Regional IT Analyst at Cargill International Trading Pte Ltd, Tham has built a robust foundation in IT operations and support. Tham holds a Master of Science in Computer Control and Automation from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
