Keshav Rajasekar

Keshav Rajasekar has a diverse work experience in the field of manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering. Keshav is currently working as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Singer Vehicle Design. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Vehicle Manufacturing Engineering at Xos Trucks, where they were responsible for advanced manufacturing engineering for new vehicle programs and overseeing manufacturing systems development. Before Xos Trucks, Keshav worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Lead at Purtec Inc. and DDM Systems. Keshav also gained experience as a Sr. Industrial Engineer at Faraday Future, Geometric Americas Inc., Ford Motor Company, CNH Industrial, and IET, Inc. At these companies, they were involved in various responsibilities such as logistics layout design, flow studies and optimization, kit process development, material presentation methods, and plant layouts. Keshav started their career as an Industrial Engineer at General Motors, where they worked on plant layouts, component packaging, and supply chain integration for a new transmission program.

Keshav Rajasekar earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in the period of 2008-2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Anna University from 2004-2008. Additionally, Keshav obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial Engineering in April 2010.
