Elizabeth Hightower

Elizabeth Hightower is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in managing and optimizing agency operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Single Grain since April 2021, Elizabeth is responsible for company-wide operations, financial visibility, and the integration of agency acquisitions. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Executive Vice President of Operations at Stripes Agency, overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring long-term financial strength. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Client Services and Account Supervisor, where Elizabeth developed frameworks for client communication and managed substantial client portfolios. Elizabeth began their career with internships at the United States Congress and Advocate Magazine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas Tech University.
