Lanien Chancellor, M.P.A has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Lanien started their career as a Senior Clerk at Palm Beach County, where they managed the implementation of an EMR system and developed policies for its use. Lanien then worked as a HOA Compliance Manager at CAMS, followed by a role as a Property Management Assistant at FirstService Residential. Lanien then transitioned to the non-profit sector, working as an Operations Assistant at Children's Home Society of Florida, where they streamlined operations and coordinated initiatives across multiple teams. Lanien also interned at Pace Center for Girls as an Operations Intern. Lanien later joined Florida Atlantic University as an Operations Administrator, overseeing financial and administrative activities for multiple programs. Currently, they are the Head of Business Operations at Single Stop, leading daily operations and optimizing processes for the organization's growth. Throughout their career, Lanien has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on achieving programmatic and financial success.
Lanien Chancellor, M.P.A has a diverse education history. Lanien earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a concentration in General Studies and Humanities, from Spelman College. Later, Lanien pursued further education at Florida International University, where they obtained another Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A) in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to complete a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A) degree at Barry University. Lastly, Lanien pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
