Lanien Chancellor, M.P.A has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Lanien started their career as a Senior Clerk at Palm Beach County, where they managed the implementation of an EMR system and developed policies for its use. Lanien then worked as a HOA Compliance Manager at CAMS, followed by a role as a Property Management Assistant at FirstService Residential. Lanien then transitioned to the non-profit sector, working as an Operations Assistant at Children's Home Society of Florida, where they streamlined operations and coordinated initiatives across multiple teams. Lanien also interned at Pace Center for Girls as an Operations Intern. Lanien later joined Florida Atlantic University as an Operations Administrator, overseeing financial and administrative activities for multiple programs. Currently, they are the Head of Business Operations at Single Stop, leading daily operations and optimizing processes for the organization's growth.
