Gertrude Bernard has worked in various roles in the telecommunications industry since 1998. Gertrude began their career as an Implementation Coordinator for Network MCI Conferencing in 1998. Gertrude then moved to MCI Worldcom in 2000, where they served as an Account Relations Manager. In 2003, they joined Windstream Communications as a Senior Account Manager. In 2016, they became a Territory Sales Executive at Tier3 Technologies. In 2017, they were promoted to Customer Experience Manager at SinglePoint Solutions, Inc. and in 2018 they were promoted again to Account Manager at Single Point Solutions.

Gertrude Bernard has attended Washington, and has obtained two certifications: Solution Selling Sales Execution from Sales Performance International in August 2016, and Riverbed Sales Specialist from Riverbed Technology in June 2016.
