Eilyn Coil-Silver is a senior business analyst at SingleStone. Eilyn has over two years of experience working as a business analyst. Eilyn has a strong background in agile methodologies and product support.

Eilyn started their career as a business analyst consultant for Whitetail Advisors. There, they led the production data migration work stream for their new MRO system implementation. Eilyn facilitated workshops, assisted the client with process and data mapping, and provided recommendations to align with industry best practices.

Eilyn then transitioned to ABI Document Support Services, where they worked as a business analyst for six months. After that, they began working at Delta Dental Ins. as a business analyst II. There, they translated user requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that would feed into development, pilot, and deployment plans, while also maintaining continuity between the business and IT stakeholders. Eilyn also acted as scrum master, conducting all ceremonies and ensuring agile projects completed successfully and on time. In addition, Eilyn lead the product support SME for Group Rating System and piloted multiple efforts for Project Services including new Whiteboard software and Scrum Process.

Eilyn currently works as a senior business analyst at SingleStone.

Eilyn Coil-Silver has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Arkansas Grantham and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Aviation from the Community College of the Air Force. Eilyn is certified by the Project Management Institute as a PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
