Wei Lin Chin

Wei Lin Chin currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Business Management at GROW with Singlife, focusing on sustainable values, value creation, and customer experience since January 2022. Prior experience includes various senior roles at DBS Bank from 2010 to 2021, where responsibilities spanned group strategy, legal and compliance for consumer banking, and institutional banking. Wei Lin also engaged in a sabbatical during this time to study and volunteer in ESG areas. Previous to DBS Bank, Wei Lin worked at Rajah & Tann Asia as a Senior Associate specializing in banking, finance, and insolvency litigation. Wei Lin holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and is pursuing a Master’s in Liberal Arts with a focus on sustainability from Harvard Extension School.
