May Lee

May Lee is a Solution Architect at Optus since February 2015, with significant expertise in Pega development and system architecture. Previous experience includes a brief contract as a Pega System Architect at Roche, where May Lee focused on providing solutions for business needs and process improvement. May Lee held the position of Lead Designer at Accenture, specializing in system specifications and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance complex modules. Prior roles include Pega Developer at Transport for NSW, where May Lee developed an incident management system, and at QBE, where contributions included web application development using Java and Pega technologies. May Lee holds a Master's degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from UNSW.
