Steven Koukos

Steven Koukos is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital engineering and identity management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Engineering at Optus since October 2019, Steven oversees a large team responsible for digital capabilities and transformation initiatives within an Agile model. Previously, as the Regional Senior Manager for Identity & Access Management at Singtel, Steven led multiple teams across Singtel and Optus, focusing on solution delivery and security compliance. Early career roles include Application Architect and Security Consultant, where expertise in identity management and web security was developed. Steven holds a degree in Computing Science from the University of Wollongong.
