Victor Hebert

Victor Hebert is a consultant at Singular Group since March 2023, bringing a diverse range of experience in consulting and corporate relations. Previous roles include Junior Consultant positions at Horváth in both 2019 and 2021, and Head of Corporate Relations at CEMS Club Saint-Petersburg from February to June 2021. Victor also gained early experience as a Summer Intern at IBM in 2012. Academically, Victor holds a CEMS Master in Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education and has pursued further education at HKUST Business School since 2022, in addition to studies at Cornell University and Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University. An undergraduate degree in International Business and Economics was earned from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2017 to 2020.
