Iva Maxwell

Iva Maxwell has a diverse and extensive work experience. Iva started their professional career as a Scientist at the LZH - Laser Centre Hannover in 2006. Afterwards, they pursued their passion for research by working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard University from 2002 to 2006. During their time there, they gained expertise in experimental ultrafast optics, materials science, and biophysics.

In 2007, Iva joined Meso Scale Diagnostics, a leader in the development and manufacturing of innovative assays and instruments for measurement in biological and environmental samples. Iva took on the role of Senior Engineering Scientist, contributing to the expansion of the company's technology platform for clinical applications and personalized medicine. Iva worked at Meso Scale Diagnostics for a decade, until January 2017.

Since 2017, Iva has been instrumental in the development and integration of systems at Singular Genomics. Iva initially served as the Director of System Integration and later progressed to the position of Senior Director. Their contributions have been valuable in ensuring the seamless functioning of systems.
