NA HYUN AN has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Web Admin & Designer at The Korea Times, where they planned a project of E-news Web Application with a programmer and assisted in quality assurance, responded to customer needs to increase customer value, developed and maintained main website, mobile page and database, and co-operated with design team to upload contents of Korean market advertisements. In 2014, they worked as a Web Marketer & Designer at Oracle, where they managed and translated the main website Oracle.com/kr and created eDM, post report, event registration page, and thanks letter. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at The Boston Consulting Group, where they managed Alumni lists, made a planner for 2017, created many kinds of brochures, and organized Alumni day event 2016 from selecting the venue, the date, gifts to checking the participants. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Arkadin. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at FiveStones, where they managed Google Marketing Platform(GMP) : DV360 (DSP), CM(Ad server), SA360, GA360, etc, Google Ads & Naver PPC (SEM) operation, and acted as a product & business expert working closely with business teams to develop and present packaged solutions to strategic prospects and existing clients. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Bidalgo, where they managed a client portfolio to cultivate business growth and satisfaction, created and executed business development plans that resulted in short and long term revenue growth, and coordinated internal resource and communicated across relevant departments for preparation and delivery of objective based solutions for clients. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Singular since 2021.
NA Hyun An attended Seoul National University of Science and Technology from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Visual Design.
