Silke Landwehrmann

Silke Landwehrmann, Dipl.-Kauffrau, born 1971 in Cologne and resident in Düsseldorf, has been a member of the supervisory board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Aktiengesellschaft since 2019. Dr. Silke Landwehrmann was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board by the responsible district court in Aschaffenburg at the company’s request with effect from August 11, 2019 until the annual general meeting of the company in 2020. Dr. Silke Landwehrmann was then elected as a member of the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2020. Following the general meeting, the company’s supervisory board appointed Dr. Landwehrmann elected as deputy chairwoman of the supervisory board.

Dr. Landwehrmann has been the managing director of Aufam Asset Management GmbH, Rheinberg, since January 2020. Before that, Dr. Landwehrmann was from early 2012 to the end of 2019 CFO of ELG Haniel GmbH, Duisburg. During this time, Dr. Landwehrmann held numerous mandates in domestic and foreign control bodies. From 2000 to 2011 she held various senior commercial positions at Franz Haniel and Cie. GmbH, Duisburg, among others she was head of group accounting and most recently director of business administration.

Dr. Landwehrmann has been a member of the supervisory board of Wuppermann AG, Leverkusen, since May 2021, and is also the deputy chairwoman of the supervisory board.
