Meesha Baltzell

Meesha Baltzell has a diverse background in human resources, starting in 2013 as an Assistant Branch Manager at Randstad USA, where they managed recruitment, sales operations, and payroll. In 2015, they became a Manager of Human Resources and Safety at Emma Hill Manufacturing, overseeing HR functions and implementing process improvement initiatives. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Payroll Manager at HYUNDAI TRANSYS, providing oversight to HR operations and processing payroll. Currently, Meesha is a Vice President and Head of Human Resources at SiO2 Material Science, responsible for leading and directing all HR department functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and corporate policies.

Meesha Baltzell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Purdue Global from 2014 to 2018.
