James Shah

James Shah is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Davies - Consulting Division. Prior to this role, James served as the Global People and Talent Lead at Korn Ferry. With a background in talent acquisition and a degree in Business Computing from the University of Westminster, James has also held various interim senior resourcing business partner positions at companies like Worldpay from FIS, ORR, Hammersmith and Fulham Council, Ofgem, and The Law Society. Additionally, James has experience as a Resourcing Business Partner at ESG Saudi Arabia College of Excellence and as an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager at Barclays Corporate Banking. Prior to these roles, James was the Company Director at Step-Up Training.
