Tanvi Amin

Tanvi Amin is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in various senior legal roles. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at Sionic - A Davies Company since January 2020, Tanvi has previously held positions such as Senior Legal Counsel (Interim) at Informa and Senior Lawyer (Interim) at Barclays. With a prior tenure as Head of Legal at Mota-Engil and experience as a Legal Consultant from a self-employed capacity, Tanvi has also worked as a Sole Knowledge Management Attorney and Professional Support Lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, and as a Senior Associate at Bracewell LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills. Academically, Tanvi holds a BA Honours and MA (Oxon) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Additionally, Tanvi has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2006.
