John Pritchard

John Pritchard is the current Director of Technology at Sioux City Community School District. John has over 25 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to their current position, John was the President and Owner of Catalyst Solutions, Inc, an IT Services company that served the tri-state area. John was also the Director of Technology at Western Iowa Tech Community College, where they were responsible for implementing the Datatel MIS system, IBM RS-6000 AIX system, administrative network and workstations.

John Pritchard has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and also attended Loras College.

They work with Leslie Heying - Director of Communications & Community Engagement, Brian Burnight - Director of Elementary Education, and Kim Buryanek - Associate Superintendent. John Pritchard reports to Paul Gausman, Superintendent. A direct report to John Pritchard is and Laura Howard - Technology Support Coordinator.
