Abdulkareem al-Ghamdi

Abdulkareem Al-Ghamdi is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in reliability and rotating equipment management. Currently serving as the Reliability Engineering Manager at SIPCHEM since January 2010, Abdulkareem has successfully developed a roadmap to transition the organization from a reactive culture to a strategic reliability-focused approach. Prior to this role, Abdulkareem worked at Saudi Aramco from August 1981 to February 2007 as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, where key responsibilities included leading major projects, upgrading rotating equipment, and developing technology deployment strategies. Abdulkareem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, earned from January 1990 to September 1993.
