Awad al-Ghamdi

Awad Al-Ghamdi currently serves as the General Manager of Human Capital at SIPCHEM, a position held since June 2021, while also being a member of the NRC at InoChem. In addition, Al-Ghamdi has been with Maaden Phosphate Company since June 2019, functioning as the Senior HR Business Partner for the President's Office and serving as the secretary for the Maaden Phosphate Board of Managers. Prior experience includes roles such as the Director of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Maaden from January 2016 to May 2019 and the Director of Human Resources at Ma'aden Aluminium Company from September 2011 to December 2015. Al-Ghamdi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Translation from King Saud University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
