John Osorio Ríos

John Osorio Ríos currently serves as a Senior AI Benchmark Engineer at SiPearl, starting in November 2024. Prior to this role, John was a Staff Software Engineer at Codeplay Software, where responsibilities included the implementation and support of new DNN operators in oneDNN. John's experience also includes a position as an AI Research Engineer at Intel Corporation and a PhD candidacy focused on the interaction between Artificial Intelligence and Computer Architecture at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. Additionally, John has a background in academia as a Computer Science Associate Professor at Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira and has held the position of Chief Research Officer at Grupo Sirius, where significant contributions were made to enhance the group's research capabilities. John holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
