Areg Melik-Adamyan is a highly experienced software engineering professional with a distinguished career in academia and industry. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Intel Corporation since March 2011, Areg leads the AI Compiler Team, focusing on developing next-generation AI compilers for advanced hardware. Previous roles include architecting a modular data platform in open-source technologies while managing teams at various educational institutions, including MIPT and MSU, where Areg contributed to machine learning and electronic design automation curricula. With a PhD in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Institute for Design Problems in Microelectronics and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Areg combines comprehensive technical expertise with leadership acumen.
