Madgerie Jameson-Charles

Madgerie Jameson-Charles serves as the Principal at Sir Arthur Lewis Community College since August 2023 and has held various roles at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus since August 2009, including Coordinator for the MA in Leadership in TVET and Workforce Development and Lecturer in multiple subjects such as Health and Family Life Education and Educational Research. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert for a European Union funded project in Belize, an Adjunct Lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Otago. Madgerie also has extensive experience in Saint Lucia's education sector as a school counselor and teacher. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Education from the University of Otago, a Master's in Education from The University of Sheffield, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of the West Indies.
