Aryesh Karambelkar

Aryesh Karambelkar is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Kitchen Manager at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.) since January 2018. Prior to this role, Aryesh worked as a Sous Chef at Degustibus Hospitality Private Limited, specifically at the European dining restaurant Indigo Deli from March 2016 to October 2017. Aryesh's extensive experience also includes a five-year tenure at Carnival Cruise Line, where responsibilities ranged from Head Chef at Cucina del Capitano, overseeing menu design and quality control, to Junior Sous Chef. Aryesh began a culinary career as a Kitchen Executive at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts from May 2008 to August 2010. Aryesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The University of Huddersfield and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
