Husnawati Ulfa has work experience in various customer service roles. In 2015, they worked as a Call Center Operator at PT VADS Indonesia. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Front Desk Staff at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Since 2021, they have been employed as a Customer Service Executive at SIRCLO.

Husnawati Ulfa completed their education from 2011 to 2015 at Yogyakarta State University. During this time, they obtained an Ahli Madya degree in Administrasi Perkantoran - Sekretari. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Digital Entrepreneurship Academy through the Digital Talent Scholarship offered by Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika in April 2021.
