Mohamad Naufal Hafizh has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and human resources information systems. Mohamad Naufal started their career at Komisi Pemilihan Umum kota Cirebon as a Finance Administrator, Tax and Data Report in 2019. Mohamad Naufal then joined PT Lion Air as an HR Administrator Facility Services, Data and Information, where they were responsible for updating, reporting, and administering attribute data management for multiple companies. Mohamad Naufal successfully designed a database system that improved planning and decision-making accuracy by 80%. In 2021, they joined PT. Nusantara Bina Artha as a Human Resources Information System Analyst, where they played a key role in implementing HRIS in 5 branch offices. Currently, they are working at SIRCLO as an Associate - TA Data Analyst, providing insights and recommendations into recruitment data and working with reporting systems and databases to create recurring reports and dashboards.

Mohamad Naufal Hafizh completed their Bachelor's degree in Economy Management from Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati (Unswagati) from 2014 to 2018.
