WINI R. has worked as an Account Management Executive at SIRCLO since March 2021. Prior to that, from October 2018 to March 2021, WINI worked as a Merchandiser at Busana Apparel Group. In May 2018 to July 2018, WINI had an internship as a Trainee at Foreign Policy Community Indonesia.

WINI R. completed their Master's degree in Economic Planning and Public Policy from the University of Indonesia, between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta from 2014 to 2018.

Additionally, they have earned several certifications during their education. In 2017, they received the "INTERNATIONAL STUDENT CULTURAL EXCHANGE" certification from the INDONESIAN STUDENT CULTURAL EXCHANGE FOUNDATION. WINI also obtained the "INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND STUDY COMPARATIVE PROGRAM" certification from the University Sains Islam Malaysia in the same year. In 2016, they obtained the "ECONOMIC CALL FOR PAPER NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP" certification from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
