Zahra Izatil Isma

Zahra Izatil Isma has a diverse work experience in the field of operations, support, and administration. Their most recent role was as a Store Operations Executive at SIRCLO, where they were responsible for managing stocks, monitoring orders and metrics, and ensuring the smooth performance of e-commerce business across various marketplaces. Prior to that, Zahra worked at PT. IDmarco Perkasa Indonesia as a Seller Support Operation and Sales Administrator, where they provided support to sellers and handled sales administration tasks. Zahra also gained experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional. Overall, Zahra possesses a range of skills and knowledge in operations, support, and administration gained from their various roles.

Zahra Izatil Isma started their education journey in 2016 at SMK Negeri 18 Jakarta, where they pursued a degree in High School with a focus on Administrasi dan Manajemen Bisnis. Zahra successfully completed their studies in 2019.

In 2020, Zahra enrolled at Universitas Pamulang to pursue a Gelar Sarjana degree in Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), which they are expected to complete in 2024.

Additionally, in July 2019, Zahra obtained a certification in Public Office Administration Staff with Qualification Office Management Automation from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
