Lautaro Schiaffino is the Co-founder and COO at Sirena. Lautaro was previously the COO - Chief Operating Officer at Rodati, where they simplified the car buying experience in LATAM. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Management Solutions, working on a project to improve the satisfaction of the client/company relationship (SMEs) for Santarder Bank. Lautaro has also worked as a Machine Learning Consultant at Continente Siete and as an Investigator in the Mechanics Department at Universidad Austral - Argentina.

Lautaro Schiaffino graduated from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires with an engineer's degree in industrial engineering. Lautaro then attended Stanford University where they received a bachiller in machine learning and a bachiller in humanístico. Lautaro has also completed an executive program from SingularityU Benelux in the New Emerging Leader field. Lautaro has received certification from Code School in Real-time-web-with-node-js and Coursera in An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python.

Their manager is Migue Morkin, Co-founder & CEO. They are on a team with Julian Bender - Co-founder, CRO & CMO, Ezequiel Sculli - Co-founder, CPO & CTO.
