Deepak Kumar

Deepak Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Deepak started their career as a Recruiter at Astral Tech, where they handled end-to-end recruitments and selection for various levels of the IT industry. Deepak then worked as a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at Amtex Systems, sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for permanent openings. At SVS Integration INC, they served as a Talent Acquisition Lead, responsible for advertising job vacancies, interviewing and testing applicants, and selecting staff. Deepak also mentored new recruiters and had expertise in candidate interview preparation.

Deepak later joined RJT Compuquest, Inc. as a Lead-Talent Acquisition, where they introduced candidates to job requirements and facilitated salary negotiations and the documentation process. Deepak also worked as a Team Lead-Talent Acquisition at the same company, responsible for full life cycle recruiting and proficient in sourcing, identifying, contacting, interviewing, packaging, preparing, and placing candidates.

Currently, Deepak is working at Siri InfoSolutions Inc as a Service Delivery Manager, where they have achieved impressive results in employee satisfaction and attrition rates. Deepak has developed operational SOPs and process documentation for successful project execution and consistently maintained high partner performance scores. In addition, they previously worked as an Account Manager at the same company, leading the development and evolution of talent acquisition and diversity & inclusion infrastructure globally.

Deepak Kumar began their education at Sarswati Public School in 2004, where they completed their 12th grade and studied Biology. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Rajasthan and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2009, Deepak attended International Management Institute in Belgium, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing. Concurrently, in 2010, they also participated in a diploma program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, specializing in Global Opportunities And Threat Analysis (GOTA). Lastly, in 2009, Deepak obtained a diploma in Planning and Entrepreneurship from IIPM New Delhi.
