Raksha K.

Raksha K. has a diverse work experience in recruitment and management roles. They started their career in 2015 as a Research Trainee at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) as a Clinical Recruiter and later as a Team Lead for the Healthcare Team. In 2020, they worked at eTeam as a Recruitment Manager in the Pharma field, and later joined Global Pharma Tek as a Manager of Recruitment specializing in Pharma and Healthcare. In 2022, they became a Senior Recruitment Manager at IMCS Group. Currently, Raksha is working as a Delivery Manager at Siri InfoSolutions Inc.

Raksha K. obtained a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Jaipur National University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Indian Jobs and Careers, studying from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Raksha K. obtained a certification titled "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
