Muskan Pruthi

Muskan Pruthi has worked as an HR Analytics Operation Specialist at Sirion since August 2022. In this role, their responsibilities include gathering and analyzing HR-related data, developing HR metrics and dashboards, and applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends and correlations in HR data.

Prior to their current role, Muskan worked as an HR Analyst at Toppr from July 2021 to August 2022. Muskan'sduties in this position involved collecting and analyzing HR data, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR strategies and processes, and maintaining HR metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Muskan Pruthi completed their Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they attended Hillwoods Academy from 2002 to 2016, where they obtained their CBSE degree with a focus on Science. Recently, in June 2021, Muskan obtained a certification in HR Analytics from Protouch. Currently, they are pursuing their E-PGP degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, starting in 2023.
