Marsha Malkin

Marsha Malkin has extensive experience in service delivery and account management. Marsha is currently working as the Sr. Director of Service Delivery at Sirius Federal since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Perspecta as an Account Delivery Executive from June 2018 to January 2020. Marsha also has a long tenure at DXC Technology, starting in 2007 as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for program delivery and growth for various government agencies. Before DXC Technology, they worked at Electronic Data Systems as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing the development of a document management system for the Department of Education and managing security functions. Marsha's earlier experience includes managing contracts with the U.S. Department of Treasury and GSA at GTE Government Systems as a Senior Program Manager.

Marsha Malkin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from Northeastern University. In addition to their formal education, Marsha has obtained several certifications including the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2018, the Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in April 2002, and the ITIL Foundation Level certification from ITIL Certified.
