Kristina Seel

Kristina Seel has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Kristina began their career in 1997 as a Financial Administrator at Zurich Investments Mgmt. Kristina then worked at GE Financial Insurance as an Operations Assistant from 1998 to 2000, followed by a role as an Assistant Underwriter at Folksam International from 2000 to 2004. Kristina then joined Sirius International Insurance Group as an Underwriter, where they were responsible for the Nordic business and actively participated in projects to improve business processes. In 2011, they moved to Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Property Underwriter, managing a large portfolio of clients and maintaining close relationships with key brokers. Currently, they are Vice President and Senior Underwriter at SiriusPoint since 2015.

Kristina Seel attended Uppsala University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Ekonomie kandidatexamen (ek.kand.) with a focus on Europastudier and Germanistik. In 1994, they also briefly studied at the University of Zurich, specializing in Statistik och kommunikation.
