Piotr Parkitny has a strong background in customer and marketing analytics, with experience in various leadership roles. Piotr began their career at the University of Guelph as a Research Assistant in 2002, before moving on to work as a Business Analyst at IBM from 2003 to 2006. Following that, Piotr joined the Woodbine Entertainment Group where they served as a Senior Business Analyst and Data Architect from 2006 to 2012. Since 2012, Piotr has been employed at SiriusXM Canada, initially starting as a Manager in Retention & Loyalty Analytics before progressing to Senior Manager, Director, and currently Senior Director of Customer & Marketing Analytics. Piotr Parkitny received their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Systems and Computing from the University of Guelph, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Piotr later pursued a Master of Information and Data Science degree at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2020 to 2021. Piotr also obtained various certifications, including a Master of Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in December 2021. Additionally, they completed several online specializations in topics such as Advanced Machine Learning with TensorFlow on Google Cloud Platform, Applied Data Science with Python, Deep Learning, Data Mining, and Machine Learning, from Coursera between 2017 and 2020.
