Ian Preikschat

Ian Preikschat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales compensation and business operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Compensation at SiriusXM Media since May 2021, Ian has previously held senior roles at Pandora, including Senior Director and Director of Sales Compensation, contributing to the development and design of sales compensation strategies from August 2014 to May 2021. Prior to Pandora, Ian worked at salesforce.com as Manager of Global Sales Compensation Design and at Mercer as a Senior Associate Consultant. Early career experience includes auditing at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and analytical roles at Dalton Investments and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Ian holds a BA in Economics from Pomona College, completed in 2003, and a high school diploma from Bellevue High School.
