Lydia Martin

Lydia Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lydia is currently the Head of IT at SIRO since December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Strategic Programs Manager at SIRO from June 2016 to December 2018, where they were responsible for managing a major operational transformation program.

Before joining SIRO, Lydia worked as the CEO & Founder at Glanmore Consulting Ltd from June 2015. Lydia also held the position of Head of Application Development at Brite:Bill (Amdocs) from February 2014 to January 2016. In this role, they were a member of the Senior Management team and worked on the Brite:Bill billing platform.

Prior to Brite:Bill, Lydia was the Director of Information Technology at FeedHenry by Red Hat from September 2011 to January 2014. Lydia also served as the CEO at LMPM Ltd from June 2007 to December 2011.

Lydia has previous experience at O2 Ireland, where they held various roles. Lydia worked as a Senior Program Manager/ Business Solutions Consultant from July 2003 to February 2007, and as a Project Manager from May 2002 to June 2003.

Lydia started their career as the Founder of Raw Nerve Studios in September 1999, where they worked until May 2002.

Lydia Martin's education history includes three notable achievements. Lydia pursued a Diploma in Project Management from University College Dublin from 2005 to 2006. Following this, in 2013, they attended Aveta Business Institute to attain a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Lastly, from 1995 to 1999, Lydia obtained a Bachelor of Design degree in Visual Communications from Technological University Dublin.
